2. What this site is
The site provides general information about our education and consulting services and lets you apply for a strategy call. Nothing on the site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. Applying or booking a call does not oblige you to buy, or us to offer you, anything. If we work together, that will be under a separate written agreement, and that agreement will take priority over these terms.
3. No professional advice
Content on this site, in our videos and on strategy calls is general business education. It is not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for taking independent professional advice where you need it.
4. No guarantee of results
We make no promise that you will earn any particular amount, sign any number of clients or achieve any specific result. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information in your application.
- Follow the law that applies to your business, and the terms and advertising policies of every platform you use. You are solely responsible for your own accounts, ads, content and contracts.
- Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, no submitting other people's details without their permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, video, design and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for your own use. You may not copy, republish, sell or build a competing product from it without our written permission.
7. Third-party services
The site embeds or links to services we don't control, such as Calendly, Zoom, WhatsApp and video hosts. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

The site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on information on this site or a strategy call.
