Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what personal information ("ModelSystems.ai", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are. Our registered address is . For anything in this policy, contact us at .

1. What we collect

  • Application details. When you apply for a strategy call we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, agency name or social handle, and your answers about your agency (stage, approximate revenue, traffic approach, challenges and timing).
  • Booking details. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, the time you chose and anything else you enter in its form.
  • Communications. Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or on a call, including call recordings where we tell you a call is being recorded.
  • Technical data. Standard information your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring page. This includes data collected by advertising pixels (see section 5).

2. How we use it

  • To review your application and decide whether we can help.
  • To schedule, confirm and hold your strategy call, including sending reminders by email and WhatsApp.
  • To follow up with you about our services after you apply.
  • To measure how the site and our advertising perform, and to improve them.
  • To keep records, prevent abuse and comply with the law.

3. Our legal bases (UK and EU visitors)

We rely on: your consent, which you give when you submit the application and which covers contacting you by email and WhatsApp about it; steps taken at your request before entering a contract, such as arranging a call; and our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or replying "stop" to any message.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

  • Calendly (scheduling) and Zoom (video calls)
  • WhatsApp / Meta and our email provider (messages and reminders)
  • Automation and CRM tools that store applications for us
  • Website hosting, video hosting (such as Vimeo or YouTube) and Google Fonts
  • Advertising and analytics platforms, where we use them
  • Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it

Some of these providers are based outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies, local storage and pixels

This site stores your application answers in your own browser (local storage) so we can pre-fill the booking form. That data stays on your device until you clear it. Embedded tools on the site (the booking calendar and video player) may set their own cookies. This site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies when you visit and tells Meta which pages you viewed and whether you applied or booked a call. We use it to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. We may add similar tools from other ad platforms. You can turn this off at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, which stops the pixel and removes its cookies from this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads in your Meta ad settings (accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences).

6. How long we keep it

We keep application and booking information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for the length of the relationship and as long afterwards as tax and legal rules require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. To use any of these rights, email . We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk).

8. Age

This site and our services are for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be flagged on this page.
