Why is a performance deal better than a management deal?
Trust in this market is at an all-time low. Models have been burned by agencies promising the world on a 50/50 split and delivering nothing. A performance deal flips that: you only get paid on the revenue you can prove you drove, so there's no risk for the model and no reason to say no. It's the easiest entry point to a bigger model, and once you've shown what you can do, you've earned the trust to grow the deal from there.
Do I need to run paid ads?
No. We teach both organic and paid methods of acquiring traffic. Most beginners start fully organic and only add paid once they have something proven to scale. What matters is that the traffic is yours, and that you can track exactly what it brings in. That's what gets you paid on a performance deal.
How much do I need to spend on traffic?
Nothing, if you don't want to. Organic traffic costs time rather than money, and it's where most beginners start. If you do want to put budget behind it, you can start small and scale what works. Either way, the tracking matters more than the spend.
What happens with the chatting?
Up to you. Some people do the chatting themselves, some outsource it to a chatting team, and some leave it with the model entirely. Because your deal is based on traffic, you're no longer forced to run a chat floor to get paid.
