Please read this before you rely on anything on this site, in our videos or on a call with us.
1. No earnings guarantee
("ModelSystems.ai") does not guarantee that you will make any money, sign any models or clients, or achieve any particular result. Any income or revenue figures we mention are examples of what some clients have done. They are not promises, projections or typical outcomes.
2. Results are not typical
The client results, case studies and testimonials shown are real experiences of individual clients, shared with their permission. They reflect those clients' own effort, skills, starting point, market conditions and time invested. Most people who consume business education apply little of it and see little or no result. You should assume your own results will differ, and that you may earn nothing or lose money you invest in your business.
3. Aggregate figures
Figures such as the number of agencies we have worked with or total client revenue are our own estimates based on information clients have reported to us. They describe our clients' businesses as a whole, not what any individual client earned or kept as profit.
4. Your results depend on you
Running an agency involves real risk. Your outcome depends on factors we don't control, including your work ethic, experience, capital, the people you work with, competition, and changes to platform rules. Any business decision you make is your own responsibility.
5. Not professional advice
Nothing we share is legal, tax, financial or accounting advice. Take independent professional advice before making financial or contractual commitments.
6. Testimonials
Clients who provide testimonials are not paid for them unless we say so next to the testimonial. Names or identifying details may be changed or withheld at a client's request.
7. Forward-looking statements
Statements about what is possible, such as "you can" or "agencies typically", are opinions about potential, not statements of fact or predictions about your business.
8. Platform non-affiliation
This site is not a part of, and is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by, Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, Snap or OnlyFans (Fenix International Limited). All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
